摘要
新时代有效教学研究,面临着适应时代、继承传统、基于实践进行创新发展的问题。要在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的指导下,适应新时代社会与教育变革和人的发展要求,继承发展中华优秀传统教育思想,包括叶圣陶等我国现代著名教育家的优秀教育思想,基于学校和教师自觉主动、系统设计的教学实践探索,以公平质量为改革愿景,以立德树人为本质内涵,以实现"不教"为目的境界,以教师革新为关键支撑,从而推动有效教学理论创新发展,引领有效教学实践不断深入,努力形成新时代具有中国特色、符合科学规律、充满教育智慧的有效教学理论与实践。
The effective teaching research in the new era is facing the problems of adapting to the times,inheriting traditions,and innovating and developing on the basis of practice.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,including those on education,we should keep with the social and educational changes and meet human development needs of the new era,and continue to develop China’s outstanding traditional educational ideas,including those of Ye Shengtao and other famous modern educators.Based on the self-conscious initiative of schools and teachers,and the exploration of teaching practices for system design,we should reform the visions with fair quality in order to reach the goal of"teaching without words"with moral cultivation as the essence.We should make teacher innovation as the key support to promote the innovative development of effective teaching theory,make effective teaching practice continuously deepening and developing,and finally strive to form an effective teaching theory and practice with Chinese characteristics,scientific laws,and full of educational wisdom in the new era.
