摘要 将人文教育融入专业教学是高职院校落实立德树人的重要发展途径。基于教学育人齐推进、学思践悟相合一的思想,从"三个层面、一股力量"四个方面开拓人文教育渗入专业教学的路径,即落实专业课课程思政建设,实施企业特色的课堂教学管理,培育知行合一学习习惯,打造德才兼备"四有好老师"教师团队。该教学改革实施以来,在提升师德、增强学生综合素养、完善专业课教学育人体系等方面取得了良好的效果。 It is an important way for higher vocational colleges to integrate humanistic education into professional teaching. Based on the thought of promoting teaching and education together, and the unity of learning, thinking,practicing and understanding, this study explores the ways to permeate humanistic education into professional teaching from four aspects. The ways are the construction of course education with ideology and politics, the implementation of classroom teaching management with enterprise characteristics, fostering the unity of knowledge and action and establishing teacher team with integrity and ability. Since the implementation of the teaching reform, it has achieved good results in improving teachers’ ethics, enhancing students’ comprehensive quality and improving the "teaching and educating" system of professional courses.
