摘要
股骨粗隆间骨折(IFF)又被称为股骨转子间骨折,是骨科最常见的一种髋部骨折,多发生于骨质疏松性老年患者,近年来越来越引起人们的关注。临床常采用手术治疗IFF,包括外固定支架固定、钉板系统、髓内固定、人工关节置换等。但IFF由于特殊的骨折形态和固定材料选择困难而具有挑战性和争议性。基于此,本文综述了近年来IFF的手术方式和内固定材料,旨在为临床更好地治疗IFF提供参考。
Intertrochanteric femoral fracture(IFF),which also known as intertrochanteric fracture of femur,is the most common hip fracture in orthopedics,which occurs in the elderly patients with osteoporosis.In recent years,it has attracted more and more attention of people.Surgical treatment of IFF is often used in clinic,including external fixation,nail plate system,intramedullary fixation,artificial joint replacement,etc.However,the IFF is challenging and controversial because of its special fracture morphology and difficult selection of fixation materials.This article reviews the operation methods and internal fixation materials of IFF in recent years,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of IFF.
