摘要 非常规油气藏储层进行分簇射孔分段压裂改造中,大斜度和水平井段使用电缆泵送复合桥塞的方式隔离井段进行体积压裂,在随后的投产过程中,需要使用连续油管对复合桥塞进行钻磨,增加了施工成本,延长了完井周期,同时连续油管钻磨桥塞还存在遇卡风险。为解决这一问题,研制了一种以镁基合金材料为主的可溶桥塞,在一定温度和矿化度的钻井液条件下能够整体溶解,经过实验室密封承压及溶解性能试验后,在现场进行了初步的应用。 At present,during cluster perforation and staged fracturing stimulation to unconventional oil and gas reservoirs,it is common to isolate fracturing stages through cable conveying composite bridge plugs in highly deviated or horizontal wells,but in subsequent production process,the plugs should be drilled using a coiled tubing.This may increase operation cost and delay well completion,and the coiled tubing may be stuck.A soluble bridge plug made of magnesium-based alloy has been developed.It is completely soluble at suitable temperature and salinity.After tested on pressure and soluble performance in laboratory,the plug has been applied in field pilot tests.
