摘要
分级点火技术能满足现场油气田射孔作业分层射孔、分层压裂的需求。介绍了可编址电子开关与射频安全雷管的基本原理,通过两者结合实现油气田射孔安全分级起爆。它采用一次下井、多级枪串连接结构、单芯电缆输送射孔的方式,在井内依次对不同层位进行射孔;现场应用中与防射频雷管相结合,利用可编址电子开关控制点火顺序,满足了点火操作安全可靠的要求,可以避免外来电流等造成的意外点火。
Grading ignition technology can meet the requirement of layered perforation and fracturing in oil and gas field perforating operation.The basic principle of addressable electronic switch and Radio Frequency(RF)safety detonator are introduced,perforation safety grading burst is carried out combining with the above technology in oil and gas field.It sequentially perforates in different layers by one time log,multistage gun series connection structure and single core cable transfer way.At the same time,combining with anti RF safety cap,that control the subsequence of ignition by addressable electronic switch meets safety requirement of ignition operation and avoids accidental ignition of external current.
