摘要
以北疆地区37个县市为研究对象,构建新型城镇化水平评价指标体系,运用熵值法得到指标权重和评价得分,采用ESDA方法对新型城镇化水平得分进行可视化表达、地理空间自相关分析及时空格局演变分析,运用GWR模型,分析各县市新型城镇化水平差异的驱动力.结果表明,2006—2017年北疆新型城镇化总体水平增幅高达47.37%,各县市年均增长率均值为16.1%,相对差距逐年缩小;各县市新型城镇化水平表现出高度空间相关性,冷点区主要集中在博州、伊犁州所辖县市,热点区主要集中北疆中部乌克昌县市单元;经济要素、社会要素与新型城镇化高度相关,人口要素次之,市政及生态要素对新型城镇化的影响最弱.北疆城镇化发展水平驱动力从大到小依次为金融驱动力、行政驱动力、内源驱动力、市场驱动力和基础驱动力.
Taking 37 counties and cities in northern Xinjiang as the research object,this paper builds a new evaluation index system for the new urbanization level and obtains index weights and evaluation scores through the entropy method.In this paper,the new urbanization level score is visualized and spatially analyzed by ESDA method.The GWR models were used to analyze the driving force of the difference in county urbanization level.The results show that,the overall level of urbanization in northern Xinjiang is as high as 47.37%,the average annual growth rate of each county is 16.1%,and the absolute gap is narrowing year by year.The new urbanization level of various counties and cities in northern Xinjiang shows a high spatial correlation.The cold spot area is mainly concentrated in the Bortala Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture and the Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture.The hotspots are mainly concentrated in the central Urumqi,Karamay and Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture.Economic urbanization,social urbanization and new urbanization development level are relatively strong,followed by population urbanization,and municipal and ecological urbanization have weak influence on the development level of new urbanization.The driving force of the development level of urbanization in northern Xinjiang is in the order of large to small,which is financial driving force,administrative driving force,internal driving force,market driving force and basic driving force.
