摘要
分析了铬铁渣的基本属性、化学成分及物相结构,揭示了铬铁渣的理化性能和级配特点。提出了“分计筛余曲线几何分析”级配优化方法,将风积沙和磨细铬铁渣掺入铬铁渣对其进行级配优化,并通过4种强度等级的砂浆试验进行验证,研究了级配优化性能对砂浆和易性和强度的影响。结果表明,经级配优化的铬铁渣在充当砂浆骨料时,能够改善砂浆和易性、提升砂浆强度。
The basic properties,chemical composition and phase structure of ferrochrome slag were analyzed,and the physical and chemical properties and gradation characteristics of ferrochrome slag were revealed.The gradation optimization method of"geometric analysis of residue on sieve"was put forward,and the gradation optimization was carried out by mixing the eolian sand and grinding ferrochrome slag into the ferrochrome slag,and then it was verified by mortar experiments of 4 strength grades,and the effect of gradation optimization on the workability and strength of mortar was studied.The results show that the graded optimized ferrochrome slag can improve the workability and strength of mortar when used as mortar aggregate.
