摘要
将玄武岩大纤维(BMF)应用到再生粗骨料混凝土中(RCA),采用不同的再生混凝土骨料取代率以及不同的BMF体积掺量,制作了共16根试件梁和若干立方体与棱柱体混凝土试件,研究了混凝土抗压强度和抗弯强度随BMF体积掺量和RCA取代率的变化规律,对16根试件梁的裂缝出现和发展情况进行了观测。探讨了利用不同取代率RCA以及不同体积掺量BMF进行结构应用的可行性。结果表明,BMF与RCA对混凝土的抗压强度无明显影响;掺加BMF显著提高了混凝土梁的抗弯性能,当BMF体积掺量较高时,混凝土梁的抗弯强度随着RCA取代率的增加而降低。
The basalt macro fiber(BMF)was applied to the recycled coarse aggregate(RCA)concrete,in the concrete with different recycled concrete aggregate replacement rate and different BMF volume fraction,produced a total of 16 and several cube and prism specimens beams,concrete compressive strength and flexural strength was studied with BMF volume fraction and RCA exchange rate change rule.Then,the occurrence and development of cracks in 16 specimen beams were observed and recorded,and the influences of BMF volume fraction and RCA replacement rate on the mechanical properties of recycled concrete were studied.Finally,the feasibility of using different replacement rate RCA and different proportion BMF for structural application is discussed.The results showed that the addition of BMF and RAC had no obvious effect on the compressive strength of the concrete,and the addition of BMF significantly improved the flexural strength of concrete,the flexural strength of the concrete decreased with the increase of RCA replacement rate when the content of the BMF was high.
