摘要目的:分析急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)合并2型糖尿病行经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)患者应用阿司匹林联合替格瑞洛治疗后效果。方法:将我院103例ACS合并2型糖尿病PCI术后患者随机分组,两组均予阿司匹林口服,对照组51例加氯吡格雷,观察组52例联合替格瑞洛,对比治疗效果。结果:观察组血小板高反应性、支架内血栓发生率及MA-ADP水平均低于对照组,ADP、AA抑制率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阿司匹林联合替格瑞洛能够更为有效的降低ACS合并2型糖尿病PCI术后患者血小板高反应性,减少心血管不良事件发生。
