摘要
航天伺服系统配套使用的高压安全阀,要求其体积小、压力高、流量大、响应快。直动式球面密封高压安全阀为其中一种重要的结构形式,虽然其结构简单,但密封失效问题严重影响产品性能以及调试效率和合格率,造成交付进度延误甚至造成巨大经济损失。采用理论计算、仿真分析以及试验研究方法对直动式球面密封高压安全阀的密封失效机制进行了研究并提出了改进措施,通过试验验证了改进密封结构的有效性。
High pressure safety valve used in aerospace servo system is required to have smaller volume,higher work pressure,more large flow and faster response. Direct acting and high pressure safety valve with spherical sealing structure is one of important structural forms. Although the structure of the safety valve is simple,sealing failure seriously affects product performance,adjusting efficiency and qualified rate. It will affect products delivery schedule and even causes huge economic losses. The sealing failure analysis and improvement was made by theoretical calculations,simulation analyses and experiments. The effectiveness of the improved seal structure was verified by tests.
