Numerical Simulation of Pressure Relief Valve′s Internal Flow

摘要 应用计算流体力学软件Fluent建立了安全阀三维可压缩流场计算模型。采用标准κ-ε和Realizable κ-ε两种湍流模型,并将两个模型的计算结果与验证实验的测试数据进行对比,确定了更合适的模型。并对安全阀的流场形态和工作特性进行了分析。 Fluent is used to built three-dimensional numerical model of internal flow of pressure relief valve (PRV). Standard κ-ε and Realizable κ-ε turbulent model are adopted, and different simulation results are compared with experimental data, to make sure which one is better. Flow characteristic analysis is performed by analyzing simulation results.
