摘要
煤层注水防突主要体现在注水使煤体的力学性质产生变化,增加塑性,使煤体弹性和强度减小,转移巷道应力集中区至煤体深部;大大降低煤体透气性,减少解吸瓦斯,使煤层瓦斯涌出初速度大幅降低。试验采用现场观测、数值计算和数据对比分析等进行综合研究,确定了回采工作面动压区本煤层注水钻孔的施工工艺及参数,有利于实现安全高效生产。
The function of coal seam waterflooding and outburst prevention is mainly embodied in two aspects:one is that waterflooding wetting can change the mechanical properties of coal,reduce the elasticity and strength of coal body,increase plasticity,transfer the high stress area in front of roadway to the deep part of coal body,and reduce the stress concentration factor;the other is that after coal body wetting,it can greatly reduce the permeability of coal body,reduce the desorption of gas,and greatly reduce the initial speed of coal seam gas emission.In this paper,field observation,numerical calculation,comparative analysis of data and theoretical analysis were used to carry out systematic research.Combined with monitoring data and analysis results,the construction technology and parameters of water injection drilling in this coal seam in the dynamic pressure area of the working face were determined,which is conducive to the realization of safe production.
