摘要
为准确计量水力冲孔冲出煤量,八矿组织设计了水力冲孔冲出煤量计量装置,并在己15-15060运输巷底抽巷进行了试验。通过现场实验,发现初步设计的水力冲孔量煤装置存在煤渣拦截效率低、煤渣损失大、不易准确测量、巷道易积水等问题,对现有设备进行改进并重新设计,解决了水力冲孔量煤装置的准确性、适应性等问题,及减少作业现场积水,潮湿等现象。设备研制为水力冲孔效果评估及水力冲孔参数的优化提供重要参数。
In order to accurately measure the punching coal amount by hydraulic flushing.The No.8 Coal Mine organized and designed a measuring device for the punching coal amount by hydraulic flushing,and carried out the test in the low-level gas drainage roadway of theⅥ15-15060 intake roadway.Through field experiment and found that there were some problems such as low coal cinder interception efficiency,large coal cinder loss,difficulty in accurate measurement and easy water accumulation in roadway.The existing equipment was improved and redesigned to solve the problems of accuracy and adaptability of the hydraulic flushing measuring coal device,and to reduce the water and humidity in the operation site.The development of the equipment provided important parameters for the effect evaluation of hydraulic flushing and the optimization of hydraulic flushing parameters.
