摘要
目的探讨玻璃纤维桩结合BisCem树脂水门汀对接受残根残冠修复患者牙齿咬合力、咀嚼效率的影响。方法选取我院接受残根残冠修复患者49例(2018年9月~2019年8月),依据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=25)、观察组(n=24)。对照组采用玻璃纤维桩结合PULPDENT双重固化树脂水门汀治疗,观察组采用玻璃纤维桩结合BisCem树脂水门汀治疗。比较两组治疗前后牙齿咬合力、咀嚼效率、牙龈指数、龈沟液炎症因子[白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)、一氧化氮(NO)]水平、龈沟液基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP2)、细胞间黏附分子1(CAM1)水平、并发症发生率、治疗满意度。结果治疗后,两组牙齿咬合力、咀嚼效率均高于治疗前,且观察组较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组龈沟液IL-1β、PGE2、NO、MMP2、CAM1水平均高于治疗前,且观察组较对照组低(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组外观效果、咀嚼能力、舒适度、修复效果等评分均较高(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,观察组0.00%(0/24)低于对照组24.00%(6/25,P<0.05)。结论玻璃纤维桩结合BisCem树脂水门汀应用于接受残根残冠修复患者,可提高牙齿咬合力、咀嚼效率,改善牙龈状况,减轻炎症反应、牙周组织损伤,降低并发症发生率,提升治疗满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of glass fiber post combined with BisCem resin cement on the bite force and chewing efficiency of patients with residual root crown restoration.Methods A total of 49 patients (reported from September 20 to August 2019) who underwent reconstruction of the residual root and crown were selected according to the random number table method (n=25) and observation group (n=24).The control group was treated with glass fiber post combined with PULPDENT double-curing resin cement.The observation group was treated with glass fiber post combined with BisCem resin cement.Comparing the dental bite force,chewing efficiency,gingival index,gingival fluid inflammatory factors [interleukin-1β (IL-1β),prostaglandin E2 (PGE2),nitric oxide (NO)] levels,gingival sulcus before and after treatment Liquid matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP2),intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (CAM1) levels,complication rate,and treatment satisfaction.Results After treatment,the occlusal force and chewing efficiency of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the gingival crevicular fluid IL-1β,PGE2,NO,MMP2,CAM1 The water level was higher than that before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher scores on appearance,chewing ability,comfort and repair effect (P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the group was 0.00% (0/24) in the observation group and 24.00% in the control group (6/25,P<0.05).Conclusion Glass fiber post combined with BisCem resin cement for the treatment of patients with residual residual crown can improve tooth bite force,chewing efficiency,improve gum condition,reduce inflammation,periodontal tissue damage,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve treatment satisfaction.
