摘要
目的探讨药物流产联合刮宫对早孕终止的治疗效果。方法选取2017年5月至2018年5月我院收治的早孕终止妊娠患者58例,随机分为干预组(药物流产联合刮宫治疗,29例)和常规组(药物流产,29例),比较两组的完全流产率、盆腔感染率、阴道流血时间、流血量和月经恢复时间。结果干预组的完全流产率显著高于常规组,盆腔感染率显著低于常规组(96.55%vs. 68.97%, 3.45%vs. 27.59%, P<0.05)。干预组的阴道流血时间、流血量及月经恢复时间均显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论药物流产联合刮宫终止早期妊娠具有显著的临床治疗效果。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of drug abortion combined with curettage for termination of early pregnancy.Methods 58 patients with termination of early pregnancy admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected and randomly divided into intervention group(drug abortion combined with curettage, 29 cases) and routine group(drug abortion, 29 cases). The complete abortion rate, pelvic infection rate, vaginal bleeding time, bleeding volume, and menstrual recovery time were compared between two groups.Results The complete abortion rate of intervention group was significantly higher than that of routine group(96.55% vs. 68.97%, P<0.05), and the pelvic infection rate was significantly lower than that of routine group(3.45% vs. 27.59%, P<0.05). The vaginal bleeding time, bleeding volume, and menstrual recovery time of intervention group were significantly lower than those of routine group(P<0.05).Conclusions Drug abortion combined with curettage for termination of early pregnancy has significant clinical therapeutic effect.
