摘要
热身对于提高正式比赛或训练中的运动表现具有重要作用,目前研究主要关注静态和动态拉伸的影响、预激活增强现象、以及使用外部服装保持体温等方面,本文采用文献资料法对近年来热身中使用的方式进行归纳,包括静态拉伸、动态拉伸、本体感受神经肌肉促进技术、预激活增强、保温服装,以及泡沫轴,探讨了这些热身方式影响正式运动表现的内在机制,并提出使用中的相关建议,旨在为指导更好地设计热身方案提供理论依据。
The warm-up is now widely accepted as an essential practice to improve performance.Research is focusing on the effects of static and dynamic stretches,post activation potentiation,phenomenon,and optimization of waiting periods with passive warm-up approaches.This paper uses the literature data method to summarize the methods and strategies used in the warm-up in recent years,including static and dynamic stretches,post activation potentiation,warm clothing,foam rolling,explores the internal mechanisms affecting sports performance,and proposes relevant recommendations used before competitive events,the aim is to provide a theoretical basis for guiding the design of warm-up solutions.
