摘要
校园欺凌行为的产生及干预涉及到的因素颇为复杂,干预方案的有效实施要事先明确需要干预的具体对象及针对性强的干预行为。通过梳理国外多个反欺凌方案,为个人、家长和教师提供了较为具体的反欺凌干预行为,并从引发性因素和抑制性因素两个方面分析了校园欺凌干预有效性的影响因素。
It is complicated how school bullying has happened and thus difficult to intervene. To enact effective intervention,those involved in bullying should be identified in the first place before specific interventions are implemented. Having studied a series of anti-bullying cases from other countries,this paper attempts to offer some concrete anti-bullying measures for students,parents as well as school personnel. It also moves further to study the contributing factors of the effective intervention of school bullying: the initiative factors and the inhibiting factors.
