摘要
文章对流化床煤调湿装置的原理与结构、工艺特点和适应性进行了阐述,计算分析并利用冷态试验验证了临界流化速度、沉降速度和实际操作气速的流化床动力特性参数,同时理论上分析了流化床内的热平衡。以柴油燃烧后的废气模拟焦炉烟道废气为热源,进行流化床煤调湿中试试验研究。证明采用流化床技术,利用焦炉烟道气为热源,将煤进行调湿处理的技术路线是可行的。
In the paper,the principle,structure,process characteristics and adaptability of fluidized bed coal coal moisture control device were described,and the dynamic characteristic parameters of critical fluidized velocity,settling velocity and actual operating gas velocity were verified by means of cold state test.Meanwhile,the thermal equilibrium in fluidized bed was analyzed theoretically.The experimental study on the fluidized bed coal moisture control process using the fluidized bed technology and the fluidized furnace flue gas as the heat source was proved to be feasible.
