介绍了焦化工艺能源利用模型开发情况与能流结构优化分析.为了能够全面掌握焦化生产过程能量利用的情况,通过建立数学模型与开发分析软件计算焦化生产的物料、能量和的平衡,尤其是通过通过平衡计算,了解工艺过程或设备中能量品味的变化过程,并从能量品味的变化过程角度,评价能量的利用价值,研究改善工艺过程或设备热量利用从而降低能耗的途径,分析工序的新的节能潜力与方向,并结合工艺装备实际,研究分析节能技术方案,为焦化工艺的节能改造提供依据.
This discussion is concerned with the development of a model for energy utilization and with the optimization of energy class structure in coking process. In order to grasp the extent of energy utilization in coking process, a mathematic model and relevant application software were created to determine both the materiel balance and energy balance present in the process. Particularly, the effectiveness of energy utilization could be estimated in term of the energy balance associated with the process and/or equipment. The issue of how to save energy in coking process was also approached based on the heat consumption by the process and/or equipment.
