摘要
目的:改进提高复方黑蚂蚁胶囊的原质量标准,有效地控制药品质量。方法:采用TLC法对复方黑蚂蚁胶囊中黑蚂蚁、秦艽、黄芩、防己进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法对复方黑蚂蚁胶囊所含黄芩苷进行含量测定的研究。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰,不同成分阴性样品无干扰;黄芩苷进样量在0.185~2.960μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.93%,RSD为1.54%(n=9)。结论:所采用方法简便,结果准确,可用于复方黑蚂蚁胶囊的质量控制。
Objective:To improve the original quality standard of compound black ant capsules and to control the quality of medicines more effectively.Methods:TLC was used to qualitatively identify black ants,Qinjiao(Gentiana macrophylla),Huangqin(Scutellaria baicalensis)and Fangji(Stephania tetrandra)in compound black ant capsules.The content of baicalin contained in compound black ant capsules was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results:The TLC spots were clear,and the negative samples of different components had no interference.The injection amount of baicalin showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.185-2.960μg.The average recovery rate was 98.93%,and the RSD was 1.54%(n=9).Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate,and can be used for quality control of compound black ant capsules.
