摘要
针对机械旋转激光雷达扫描结构的工作精度直接影响系统的测量精度,提出以扫描反射镜结构为主要研究对象进行分析,通过利用有限元法进行模态、动力学和冲击分析,得出扫描反射镜结构在工作过程中和冲击载荷下具有足够的刚度和强度,满足实际应用需求,其分析方法对类似扫描式传动设计有一定的借鉴意义。
The working accuracy of the mechanical rotating lidar scanning structure directly affects the measurement accuracy of the system,thus the scanning mirror structure is taken as the main research object to carry out analysis in this paper.By using the finite element method for modal,dynamic and impact analysis,it is concluded that the scanning mirror structure has sufficient rigidity and strength during the working process and under the impact load so as to meet the needs of practical applications.Its analysis method has certain reference significance for the similar scanning drive design.
