摘要
为了发展高效、廉价、简便处理含重金属废水的方法,以城市污水处理厂的脱水污泥为原料,通过超声波细胞破碎制备微生物絮凝剂。通过红外光谱仪、元素分析等技术对微生物絮凝剂及其处理金属离子后的产物结构进行了表征,研究了影响絮凝剂对模拟废水的Cr去除效果的影响因素,并分析了作用机理。结果表明,微生物絮凝剂在处理75 m L、总Cr的质量浓度5 mg/L的模拟废水时,pH为7.0,温度40℃,絮凝剂投加量40 m L,振荡时间1 min,振荡频率200 r/min时,对Cr去除效果最佳,去除率达到91%以上。同时丙酮溶剂的存在使Cr去除效率增加7个百分点左右;且在多种金属混合的情况下不影响絮凝剂对Cr的去除效果。可见用此种絮凝剂处理Cr是成功的。
In order to develop an efficient,cheap and simple method for treating wastewater containing heavy metals,microbial flocculant was prepared from dewatered sludge of municipal wastewater treatment plant by ultrasonic cell fragmentation.The structure of microbial flocculant and its product after metal ion treatment was characterized by FTIR,elemental analysis.The influence factors for Cr removal effect by flocculant in simulated wastewater were studied,and the mechanism was analyzed.The results showed that the microbial flocculant was used to treat simulated wastewater of 75 mL with Cr mass concentration of 5 mg/L,when the pH was 7.0,the temperature was 40 ℃,the dosage of flocculant was 40 mL,the oscillation time was 1 min,and the oscillation frequency was 200 r/min,the removal effect of Cr was the optimal and the removal rate reached above 91%.At the same time,the presence of acetone solvent increased the removal rate of Cr by about 7%.The removal effect of Cr by flocculant is not affected by the mixed metal.It can be seen that the treatment of Cr by this flocculant is successful.
