摘要
目的:测定多批次不同产地白芷二氧化硫残留量及重金属含量。方法:酸碱滴定及电感耦合等离子体质谱法。结果:各元素标准曲线的相关系数为0.9986~0.9999,RSD值均小于4%。经测定,按药典标准常规限量,32批白芷中有11批二氧化硫残留量超标,重金属检测全部符合标准。结论:白芷中二氧化硫残留量超标率达34.4%,需要建立二氧化硫残留量标准及加强市场管理。
Objective:To determine the content of sulfur dioxide and heavy metals in multiple batches of Angelica dahurica from different producing areas.Methods:Acid-base titration and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry are used.Results:The correlation coefficient of the standard curve of each element is 0.9986~0.9999,and the RSD value is less than 4%.According to the routine limit of pharmacopoeia standard,11 of 32 batches of Angelica dahurica have sulfur dioxide residues exceeding the standard,and the heavy metals detection all meet the standard.Conclusion:The over-limit rate of sulfur dioxide residues in Angelica dahurica is 34.4%.It is necessary to establish sulfur dioxide residue standard and strengthen market management.
