摘要
为了解决强风化带软岩巷道中存在的大变形及支护困难等问题,以某矿集中运输巷沿七煤层风、氧化带边缘掘进表现出的软岩巷道为工程背景,根据其变形破坏特征总结了巷道围岩变形失稳诱因。基于上述分析,提出了对已掘巷道采取对棚加强支护设计方案,对未掘巷道采用将巷道断面设计为矩形,并采用锚网巷内基本支护+对棚加强支护+喷浆的联合支护方式。工业性试验表明,优化后的支护方案有效地控制了巷道围岩变形,能够保持巷道的长期稳定,有效地解决了强风化带软岩巷道大变形与难支护的问题。
To solve the problems of large deformation and supporting difficulties in soft rock roadway in strongly weathering zone,and taking the soft rock roadway along the wind oxidation zone edge of No.7 coal seam in a mine as the engineering background,the causes of deformation and instability of roadway surrounding rock are summarized according to the characteristics of deformation and failure. Based on the above analysis, we propose the design scheme of strengthening support with the shed for the excavated roadway, and design the roadway section as rectangle for the non-excavated roadways, and adopt the combined support mode of bolt-mesh as the basic support in roadway + strengthening support with the shed + shotcrete. The industrial test shows that the optimized support scheme can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock and maintain the roadway long-term stability, which effectively solves the problem of large deformation and difficult support in strongly weathering zone.
