660 MW超临界机组减温水控制策略应用分析

摘要 超临界直流炉机组中主蒸汽温度是一个非常重要的运行参数,对主汽温度的控制是机组尤为关键的部分。直流炉因为没有汽包环节,主汽温度控制主要采用以水燃比控制为主,减温水控制为辅的控制方案,而一二级减温水作为动态修正和精确调节,其调节品质的优劣对主汽温有直接的影响。文章对两种常用的一级减温水控制策略进行了介绍,并分别对调节品质及结果进行分析。 The main steam temperature is a very important operating parameter of the supercritical once-through boiler unit,so the control of main steam temperature is a particularly crucial part of the unit.Because there is no steam drum as a buffer in the once-through boiler,the main steam temperature control scheme mainly adopts the proper water-fuel ratio supplemented by the desuperheating water control,while the regulation quality of the first-stage and second-stage desuperheating water used for dynamic correction and precise regulation has a direct effect on the main steam temperature control.In this paper,two commonly used first-stage desuperheating water control strategies are introduced,and the regulation qualities and results are analyzed respectively.
