摘要
针对某600 MW超临界直流锅炉机组,设计了机组的主汽温和再热汽温控制策略。主汽温采用二级喷水减温控制,同时设计了双回路和串级控制策略;再热汽温主要采用烟气挡板调节,辅助采用喷水减温控制。运行实践表明,机组运行稳定,主汽温和再热汽温控制策略有效。
The 600MW supercritical once-through boiler units are introduced and the control strategies for the main steam temperature and reheat steam temperature are designed. Two-stage spray desuperheating control method, including the two-loop and cascade control strategies, is designed for the main steam temperature. The reheat steam temperature is controlled by regulating gas baffle and spray desuperheating auxiliarily. Operation experiences of the units indicate that the system operates well and the temperature control strategies of the main steam and reheat steam is effective.
