摘要 借鉴生物免疫反馈响应过程的调节规律,针对电站锅炉汽包水位控制系统,提出一种免疫PID—免疫P串级控制策略.内回路采用免疫P控制器以快速消除给水流量扰动,外回路采用免疫PID控制器以保证汽包水位在给定值,并有效克服蒸汽流量的扰动.该控制策略结构和算法简单,易于工程实现.通过大量的仿真试验证明,该控制策略优于常规的PID串级控制,而且能够适应对象参数的变化,具有较强的鲁棒性、自适应性和抗干扰能力.* An immune PID-immune P cascade control strategy is presented for the water level control system of boiler drum in power station, which uses the regulating rules in feedback response process of biological immune systems. Immune P controller is used in the inner loop to quickly eliminate the disturbance of water-feed quantity, and immune PID controller is used in the outer loop to keep the water level at the set point and effectively overcome the disturbance of steam flux. The structure and algorithms of the strategy are very simple, enabling it to be easy to implement in engineering practice. Plenty of simulation tests show that this control strategy is superior to the traditional PID cascade control method. It can adapt variations of the object's parameters and has strong robustness, self-adaptability and anti-disturbance ability.
