摘要
以南京海玥名都住宅项目为例,介绍了地源热泵集中热水系统、雨水回用系统、同层排水技术及基于BIM的智慧运维系统等节能节水技术的实际应用情况,并对各项技术在绿色科技住宅中的效能进行综合评价,为绿色科技住宅中相关节能节水技术的选用提供参考。最后提出:绿色住宅建设中采用信息化管理方式会成为未来的发展趋势,并可有效提高给排水系统的节水节能效果。
Taking Nanjing Haiyue Mingdu residential project as an example,this paper introduces the practical application of energy-saving and water-saving technologies such as ground source heat pump centralized hot water system,rainwater recycling system,drainage technology on the same floor and intelligent operation and maintenance system based on BIM,and makes a comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of various technologies in green science and technology residential buildings,so as to provide a reference for the selection of relevant energy-saving and water-saving technologies in green science and technology residential buildings.Finally,it is proposed that the application of information management in green housing construction will become the future development trend,and can effectively improve the water-saving and energy-saving effect of water supply and drainage system.
