摘要
盐酸帕罗西汀是选择性5-HT再摄取抑制剂,属第三代抗抑郁类新型药。主要用于治疗抑郁症、强迫症、惊恐障碍或者社交恐惧症等精神类疾病。本文对盐酸帕罗西汀有关物质的分析方法进行了综述。近年来,盐酸帕罗西汀有关物质检测常用到的方法有高效液相色谱法(HPLC)、液质联用技术(LC-MS)。随着盐酸帕罗西汀有关物质分析方法的不断完善,为其质量控制和临床应用也提供了一定的参考价值。
Paroxetine hydrochloride is a selective 5-HT reuptake inhibitor and is a third-generation new drug of antidepressant. It mainly used in the treatment of depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder or social phobia. This article summarizes the analytical methods of related substances in paroxetine hydrochloride. In recent years, the methods of material testing of paroxetine hydrochloride commonly includ high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and mass spectrometry(LC-MS). With the continuous improvement of analytical methods for paroxetine hydrochloride, it also provides a certain reference value in quality control and clinical application.
