文拉法新治疗不稳定型心绞痛伴抑郁症的疗效观察

摘要 目的:观察文拉法新对不稳定型心绞痛伴抑郁症的疗效。方法:1 3 4例患者随机分成两组,在常规治疗基础上治疗组每日加用文拉法新5 0~1 5 0mg口服,均观察6周。结果:在治疗不稳定型心绞痛基础上,加用文拉法新能有效清除或改善抑郁症状。文拉法新对提高心绞痛缓解率不明显,心血管事件的发生率尚无肯定的疗效。结论:文拉法新不良反应少,能有效地清除或改善抑郁症状,提高患者的生活质量。 Objective:To observe the curative effect of venlafaxine in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris with depression.Methods: 134 patients were divided into two groups randomly. The control group received routine treatment. On the basis of it, the treatment group was treated by additionally taking vanlafaxine orally 50~150mg a day. Both groups were observed for six weeks. Results: Vanlafaxine did not show significant effect on releasing the angina pectoris. Besides, there was no definite effect on exhibiting the occurrence of the cardiovascular incidents.Conclusion: Venlafaxine has little harmful effects. It can effectively eliminate or improve the symptom of the depression,and improve the patients' life quality. However, psychotherapy and psychological nursing should also be taken into full consideration.
