极度干旱区种植方式对谷子叶部水分特征及产量的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以抗旱谷子杂交种张杂谷19号和常规谷子大同29号为材料,设置不同水分胁迫的种植方式,通过分析叶片水分特征、主要农艺性状及产量,以揭示谷子的抗旱稳产特性。结果表明,在谷子始灌浆期不同种植方式下0~40 cm深土壤水分缺失严重,土壤含水量最高只有10.28%,但谷子旗叶保持较高的相对含水量,普遍超过80%;尽管中午水势明显降低,但早晨水势迅速上升,最高可达-7.4 bar;产量与水势有着较高的相关性,特别是中午水势,相关系数可达0.643。研究结果可为谷子抗旱机制进一步研究提供理论基础。 In this study,the drought-tolerant hybrid millet Zhangzagu 19 and conventional foxtail millet Datong 29 were used as materials to study the drought resistance and stable yield of foxtail millet by leaf water characteristics,main agronomic traits and yield research.The results showed that the soil moisture was seriously lost in 0-40 cm deep at the beginning of filling stage,the highest of soil moisture content was only 10.28%,but flag leaf maintained a relatively higher water content and generally exceeded 80%.Although water potential decreased significantly at noon,but rose rapidly in the morning,and the highest was up to-7.4 bar.There was high correlation between yield and water potential with correlation coefficient of 0.643.The study results can provide a theoretical basis for further research of drought-resistant mechanism of millet.
