农林院校公共英语教师多维角色研究

摘要 农林院校公共英语教师既是多方教学资源的整合者,又是新型教学模态和理念的全力践行者,应该以混合学习理论为依托。农林院校专业性强,在传统英语语言教学和多媒体网络教学的交互作用下,公共英语教师的角色并非是一成不变的,应该将自身多重的角色与多种教学模式有机结合,有效融入独具特色的农林专业,推进公共英语教学良性循环发展。 Combined with the development of agricultural and forestry universities in China at present and based on blended learning theory,this article analyzed the disadvantages of the role of public English teachers played under traditional language teaching model,studied the new roles played by them under multi-media and online model in teaching,and finally discussed the new situation and challenges of public English teachers will confront with considering the major requirements of agricultural and forestry universities.It can be pointed out that the special roles played by college English teachers are both multi-dimensional and dynamic,which can help them better adapt to the new development trend.
