摘要
目的测定柔毛冠盖藤中总香豆素浓度。方法采用紫外分光光度法,以伞形花内酯为对照,检测波长为323 nm。结果在1~5μg/ml质量浓度范围内,对照品吸光度和浓度线性关系良好(r=0.9996)。平均回收率99.16%,RSD=1.40%(n=6),柔毛冠盖藤中总香豆素平均含量为3.04 mg/g。结论该法简便、可靠、重复性好,为有效控制该药材质量奠定了一定的基础。
Objective To determine the total content of coumarin in Pileostegia viburnoides var.glabrescens.Methods With umbelliferone as the standard,the coumarin in Pileostegia viburnoides var.glabrescens was detected at 323 nm by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Results There was a good linear relationship within the range of 1~5μg/ml(r=0.9996).The average recovery rate was 99.16%,RSD=1.40%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,reliable specific and can be used for detecting the total content of coumarin in Pileostegia viburnoides var.glabrescens.
