摘要
本研究采用正己烷做溶剂,采用紫外分光光度法测定地表水中石油类浓度,并对测量结果的不确定度进行评定。其间分析了试验中各项不确定度的主要来源,包括测量结果、样品预处理、标准曲线、水样体积读数、萃取、修约及仪器读数等产生的不确定度,通过计算各不确定度分量,合成样品的标准不确定度。当地表水中的石油类含量为0.0643 mg/L时,扩展不确定度为0.0078 mg/L。试验结果表明,标准曲线和水样体积读取引入的不确定度是其主要来源。
In this study,n-hexane was used as a solvent,and the concentration of petroleum in surface water was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry,and the uncertainty of the measurement results was evaluated.During the analysis,the main sources of uncertainty in the test were analyzed,including measurement results,sample pretreatment,standard curves,water sample volume readings,extraction,rounding,and instrument readings,by calculating each uncertainty component,the standard uncertainty of the sample was synthesized.When the petroleum content in the local surface water was 0.0643 mg/L,the expanded uncertainty was 0.0078 mg/L.The test results show that the uncertainty introduced by reading the standard curve and the volume of the water sample is its main source.
