摘要
通过分析稻谷的结构和大米加工设备现状,指出稻谷加工新技术研究对粮食安全的重要性,并在此基础上,介绍现有的稻谷加工技术,分析其特点和缺陷。提出一种新型的基于刀辊切削原理的稻谷加工技术手段,为解决目前大米加工产生的品质问题提供解决方案。
By analyzing the structure of rice and the current situation of rice processing equipment,the importance of new technology of rice processing to food security was pointed out.On this basis,the existing rice processing technology was introduced,and its characteristics and defects were analyzed.A new technology of rice processing based on the principle of knife-roll cutting is proposed to solve the quality problems of rice processing.
