摘要
目的:探讨复方甲亢汤应用治疗甲状腺功能亢进的临床疗效与安全性。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年1月于我院接受治疗的甲状腺功能亢进症患者80例作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,对照组40例接受常规西药比索洛尔、甲巯咪唑治疗,观察组40例则在对照组治疗方案基础上加用复方甲亢汤治疗,比较两组治疗前后甲状腺激素水平变化及不良反应发生率情况。结果:治疗前两组FT3、FT4、TSH水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组FT3、FT4、TSH均较治疗前明显改善,但观察组FT3、FT4水平明显低于对照组,而TSH水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,并且治疗过程中观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:在常规西药治疗基础上联合应用复方甲亢汤能够有效提升甲状腺功能亢进症的临床治疗效果,进一步改善患者体内甲状腺激素水平,并且可在一定程度上降低不良反应发生率,具有临床应用及推广价值。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Fufang Jikang decoction(甲亢汤)in the treatment of hyperthyroidism.Methods:Eighty patients with hyperthyroidism who received treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by using random number table method.40 patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine bisoprolol and methimazole,while 40 patients in the observation group were treated with Fufang Jiakang decoction on the basis of the treatment regimen in the control group.The changes of thyroid hormone levels and the incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results:There was no signi ficant di fference in the levels of FT3,FT4 and TSH between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the levels of FT3,FT4 and TSH in the two groups after treatment were significantly improved compared with those before treatment.However,the levels of FT3 and TSH in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the levels of TSH were signi ficantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was signi ficantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was signi ficantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),with statistically signi ficant di fferences.Conclusion:Combined application of Fufang Jikang decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment could effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of hyperthyroidism,further improve the thyroid hormone level in patients,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions to a certain extent,which had clinical application and promotion value.
