摘要
目的:探讨甲状腺功能亢进患者应用中药联合他巴唑治疗临床疗效及对甲状腺激素水平的影响,为临床诊断治疗提供一定参考价值。方法:本组114例甲状腺功能亢进患者根据随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组各57例。对照组采用他巴唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合中药方剂治疗。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率(94.74%)显著高于对照组(78.95%),且有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗后心率显著低于治疗前,而体质量显著高于治疗前,且有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗后T3、T4、FT3、FT4均显著高于对照组治疗后,而TSH显著高于对照组治疗后,且有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组复发率显著低于对照组,且有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:甲状腺功能亢进患者应用中药联合他巴唑治疗临床疗效显著,可明显降低甲状腺激素水平,具有重要临床意义。
Objective： To investigate the application of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with hyperthyroidism combined methimazole treatment efficacy and effects on thyroid hormone levels, provide a reference value for clinical di- agnosis and treatment. Methods ： 114 cases of hyperthyroidism group were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table （ n = 57） and observation group （ n = 57 ）. Control group with methimazole treatment, observa- tion group therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions on the basis of the control group. Results ： The total observed after treatment efficiency （94.74%） was significantly higher （78.95%）, and there is statistically signifi- cant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; heart rate were observed after treatment group was significantly lower than before treatment, and body weight were significantly higher than before treatment and statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; observation group after treatment T3, T4, FT3, FT4 were significantly higher after treatment, while TSH was significantly higher after treatment, and there is significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; adverse reactions in patients with no significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; observation group, the recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group, and there are significant differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Patients with hyperthyroidism application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with methimazole significant clinical effect, can significantly reduce thyroid hormone levels, has important clin- ical significance.
