摘要 大肠杆菌是一种重要人畜共患病病原体,可感染人和多种动物,根据其对宿主寄生部位不同,划分为肠内致病性大肠杆菌和肠外致病性大肠杆菌(ExPEC)[1]。近几年来,国内外众多学者陆续报道了关于ExPEC的感染案例,指出其可特异性定殖于宿主肠道外,使感染宿主发生不同程度的脑膜炎、败血症、泌尿道及呼吸道感染[2]。目前在ExPEC中发现了多种毒力因子,包括与其致病性相关的毒力岛(PAI)、黏附素、侵袭素、毒素、表面抗原、铁摄取系统和分泌系统等[3]。
