摘要
为了研究不同品种桃的果实品质,开展了9个品种新疆优良桃的果实品质比较试验。结果表明,9个品种新疆优良桃的果实性状存在差异。黄毛桃、黄光11号、绿光4号的果实重、果核重、可溶性固形物含量、果实纵径和横径、果形、耐储性等普遍优于其他品种;黄光11号的果胶含量较高,青毛桃的可溶性固形物含量较高,二者的风味口感明显优于其他品种。
In order to study the fruit quality of different varieties of peach,a comparative experiment was carried out on the fruit quality of nine varieties of excellent peaches in Xinjiang area.The results showed that there were differences in fruit characters of nine varieties of excellent peaches in Xinjiang area.The weight of fruits and stone,soluble solid content,fruit longitudinal and transverse diameters,fruit shape and storage resistance of Huangmao peach,Huangguang 11 and Lvguang 4 were generally better than other varieties.The pectin content of Huangguang 11 was higer,the soluble solid content of Qingmao peach was higher,the flavour and taste of both were superior to other varieties.
