摘要
目的优选香芎凝胶贴膏处方最佳提取工艺。方法采用醇提工艺,以阿魏酸和王不留行黄酮苷的提取率和处方的出膏率为指标,以正交实验设计考察提取过程中乙醇浓度、提取倍数、提取时间等条件对各指标的影响,优选出最优醇提工艺。并进行验证试验。结果最优醇提工艺为加入8倍量60%乙醇,提取2次,每次1.5 h。结论该工艺合理可行,有效成分提取率高,重复性好。可为香芎凝胶贴膏现代制剂的开发提供技术参考。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of Xiangxiong Gel Plaster.Methods The ethanol extraction process was used,the extraction rate of ferulic acid and flavone glycoside and the extract rate of prescription as the indexes,the orthogonal experimental design was used to investigate the influence of ethanol concentration,extraction times,extraction time and other conditions in the extraction process on each index,and the optimal extraction process was optimized.And a verification test was carried out.Results The optimal ethanol extraction process was to add 8 times of 60% ethanol and extract twice,with 1.5 h each time.Conclusion The process is reasonable and feasible,the effective component extraction rate is high,the repeatability is good.It can provide technical reference for the development of Xiangxiong Gel Plaster.
