摘要
目的优化豨桐凝胶贴膏的回流提取工艺条件。方法以豨莶草的有效成分奇壬醇、臭梧桐的有效成分芹菜素及干膏得率为考察指标,以Box-Behnken响应面法进行工艺优化,研究加水量、提取时间及提取次数对考察指标的影响。结果豨桐凝胶贴膏最佳提取工艺为12倍水,每次2 h,提取3次。采用优选出的工艺进行提取,奇壬醇质量分数为2.568 mg/g,芹菜素质量分数为0.055 89 mg/g,干膏率为22.09%。结论该优选工艺稳定可行,为豨桐凝胶贴膏的制备奠定了基础。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of the Xitong gel plasters. Methods The yields of kirenol ( Siegesbeckia orientalis ) , apigenin ( Clerodendrum trichotomum Thunb ) and dry extract were evaluated as indexes. Box-Behnken response surface method was conducted to optimize the extraction process with three factors of water addition amount, extraction time and extraction times. Results The optimal conditions of extraction process were as follows: adding 12 times of water, refluxing 3 times and 2 h for each time. The content of kirenol in Siegesbeckia orientalis was 2.568 mg/g, and the content of apigenin in Clerodendrum trichotomum Thunb was 0.05589 mg/g. The yield of dry extract was 22.09%. Conclusion The optimized extraction technology was practical and stable which could lay a foundation for the preparation for Xitong gel plasters.
