摘要
文章以叶脉书签实验课为例进行了实验方式方法的探索,对叶片选择、腐蚀叶片和去除叶肉3个步骤进行了创新,力求增加学生的主动性、趣味性,以及使得学生理论-实验-理论的知识体系相互促进。
This paper takes the experimental course to make leaf vein bookmarks as an example to explore the experimental method,and innovates the three steps of leaf selection,mesophyll corrosion and mesophyll removal,so as to make the students have initiative and be interested in it,and promote the knowledge system of theory-experiment-theory of students.
