中职内科护理教学中多元评价的探索与实践 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探究中职内科护理教学中多元评价的实践意义和价值。方法:选取我校2017级护理专业2个班共87名学生为研究对象,采取抽签法分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组学生在内科护理教学过程中按照常规评价进行,而观察组学生则采用多元评价。对两组学生内科护理期末考试成绩及实践操作考核进行比较,并对教学方法满意度进行评估。结果:观察组学生的内科护理期末考试成绩及实践操作考核均明显高于对照组,上述差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生对教学方法的满意度达到100%,也显著高于对照组的86.05%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中职内科护理教学中多元评价的实施不仅能显著提高学生的理论考试成绩,还能对学生的临床实践操作起到积极的促进作用,同时也能提高学生对教学评价的满意程度。 Objective:to explore the practical significance and value of multiple evaluation in nursing teaching of secondary vocational internal medicine.Methods:a total of 87 students from 2 classes of nursing major in 2017 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group by drawing lots.The results of final medical nursing examination and practical operation assessment were compared between the two groups of students,and the satisfaction of teaching methods was evaluated.Results:the final exam scores and practical operation assessment of the students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The students’ satisfaction with the teaching method in the observation group reached 100%,which was also significantly higher than 86.05% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the implementation of multiple evaluation in nursing teaching can not only significantly improve students’ theoretical test scores,but also play a positive role in promoting students’ clinical practice,and improve students’ satisfaction with teaching evaluation.
