摘要
鄂东滨江新区污水厂一期规模为2.5×10~4 m^3/d,进厂混合废水中工业废水与生活污水比例分别为65%、35%,出水水质执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)的一级A标准。该工程污水处理采用"曝气沉砂池+水解池+组合式生化沉淀池+絮凝沉淀池+连续流砂滤池+紫外消毒池"工艺,二级处理采用改良型倒置AAO工艺,调整了碳源分配方式,从而对季节和水质变化适应性强,脱氮效果稳定。生化池与二沉池合建,整合硝化液回流、污泥回流、剩余污泥排放、加药区等功能于一个大池体内,具有占地面积小、投资成本低、管路简单、运行费用省、管理方便的优点。该工程于2018年12月建成运行,项目建设对保护长江水环境,实现社会、经济、环境的协同可持续发展具有重要意义。
The scale of the first phase of Binjiangxinqu wastewater treatment plant in eastern Hubei was 2.5×10~4 m^3/d. The ratio of industrial wastewater to domestic wastewater in the mixed wastewater was 65% and 35% respectively. The effluent quality should meet the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002). The Combination process of "aeration sedimentation tank + hydrolysis tank + combined biochemical sedimentation tank + flocculation sedimentation tank + continuous running sand filter+ultraviolet desinfection" was adopted. The modified inverted AAO process was optimized for secondary treatment, which adjusted the distribution of carbon sources, so that the adaptability to seasonal and water quality change was strong, and the denitrification effect was stable. Biochemical tank and secondary sedimentation tank were built together, which integrated the functions of nitrate reflux, sludge reflux, excess sludge discharge and dosing area. The layout had advantages of small area, low investment cost, simple pipeline, low operation cost and convenient management. Since the project was completed and operated steadily in December 2018, it had great significance for protecting the Yangtze River environment and realized the coordinated and sustainable development of society, economy and environment.
