摘要
前列腺增生在男性老年群体中比较多发,属于常见泌尿系统疾病,尿急、尿痛、尿频为该类患者的临床症状,严重影响患者的生活质量。据临床数据统计显示,前列腺增生症会随年龄增长其发病率逐渐升高,且症状会随患者年龄增长而加重,进而出现一系列严重并发症,其中组常见的就有膀胱结石,因此在手术过程中不仅要祛除膀胱内结石,还要解决因前列腺增生导致的膀胱出口梗阻,使结石可以顺利排出。手术治疗往往会导致患者血管损伤,从而导致机体在术后发生一系列变化,其中多种变化对于患者术后康复会起到不利影响。血小板和血管内皮细胞在各种刺激因素的作用下活化,释放内含颗粒参与炎症及免疫反应;同时在质膜表面表达选择素P并释放可溶性选择素P进入血液,借助于特异配体产生作用。P选择素是属于血管黏附分子家族中的一员,是目前研究相对较多的一种选择素,在炎症发生时对于白细胞与血管内皮细胞的起始黏附性可以起到介导作用,而且对于白细胞之间以白细胞与血小板之间的黏附作用同样可以起到介导作用。目前已有大量研究证实,在手术前后,P选择素的水平会发生明显的变化。
Benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)is a common urological disease in the elderly male population.Urgent,painful and frequent urination are the clinical symptoms of BPH,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.According to the statistics of clinical data,the incidence of BPH will gradually increase with age,the symptoms will increase with the age of patients,and then a series of serious complications will occur.Bladder stones are common.Therefore,in the course of operation,the stones in the bladder should not only be removed,but also the obstruction of bladder outlet caused by BPH be solved,so that the stones can be smoothly discharged.Surgical treatment often leads to blood vessel injury,which leads to a series of changes in the body after surgery.Many of these changes will have adverse effects on the recovery of patients after surgery.Platelets and vascular endothelial cells are activated by various stimulating factors,releasing inclusion particles to participate in inflammation and immune response.At the same time,selectin P is expressed on the surface of plasma membrane and soluble selectin P is released into the blood,which acts with specific ligands.Selectin P is a member of the vascular adhesion molecule family.It is a selectin that has been studied relatively much at present.It can mediate the initial adhesion between leukocytes and vascular endothelial cells when inflammation occurs.It can also mediate the adhesion between leukocytes and platelets.At present,a large number of studies have confirmed that the level of selectin P will change significantly before and after operation.
