摘要
围绕青藏铁路运营期在保证多年冻土区路基工程的稳定、安全、可靠,开展环境保护工作,完善卫生保障体系保持“高原病零死亡、鼠疫零传播”等方面工作展开论述。重点介绍多年冻土区路基运营维护技术、运营期环境保护技术、运营期卫生保障体系等运营管理的主要研究成果、关键技术和应用效果,总结高原铁路运营维护管理体系在运营安全及管理,移动、固定设备维护管理方面的经验和效果。青藏铁路运营维护暂无可借鉴的高原铁路维护管理经验,在运营实践中,不断形成和完善高寒高原铁路维护体系至关重要。
This paper expounds the work for ensuring the stability,safety and reliability of the subgrade in permafrost area where Qinghai-Tibet Railway is operated during its operation period,and the work for improving the health care system there to ensure absolutely no death from high altitude sickness and no transmission of plague.The paper focuses on main research achievements,key technologies and application results related to subgrade operation and maintenance,environmental protection and health care system in the operation period in the permafrost area,summarizes the experiences and results of applying the plateau railway operation,maintenance and management system in operation safety and management and onboard and wayside equipment maintenance and management.There was no experience to borrow for the operation and maintenance of Qinghai-Tibet Railway,especially for the operation and management of the plateau railway.Therefore,it is very important to establish and constantly improve the maintenance system of the plateau railway,which is operated in the extremely cold area.
