摘要
探究神经节苷脂钠与丁苯酞联合应用对急性脑梗死患者血清Tau蛋白含量影响及临床疗效。选取2017年1月~2018年1月该院神经内科收治的急性脑梗死患者84例作为研究对象,根据患者的住院顺序号随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各42例。对照组静脉滴注注射用丁苯酞氯化钠注射液,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用神经节苷脂钠。观察比较两组患者治疗前后外周血Tau蛋白含量,临床治疗疗效,并记录两组患者不良反应的发生率。治疗后观察组患者的Tau蛋白含量明显小于对照组患者(P <0. 05),同时观察组的患者的临床有效率高于对照组患者。此外,观察组患者NIHSS及BI明显优于对照组患者,两组患者不良反应的发生率无统计学差异(P <0. 05)。丁苯酞联合注射用神经节苷脂钠治疗急性脑梗死可降低患者的Tau蛋白含量,改善神经功能,具有较好的临床疗效,提高患者后期日常生活能力,且安全性较高。
To investigate the effect of ganglioside sodium combined with butylphthalide on serum Tau protein content in patients with acute cerebral infarction and its clinical efficacy,eighty-four patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the author’s hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled. The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the hospitalization order number,with 42 cases in each group. In the control group,butylphthalide sodium chloride injection was injected intravenously,and the observation group was supplemented with ganglioside sodium based on the treatment of the control group. The levels of Tau protein in the peripheral blood of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. The clinical treatment results were analyzed. The correlation between the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale( NIHSS) score,the Barthel index( BI) score and the Tau protein was analyzed. Sex,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was recorded.After treatment,the Tau protein content of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group( P < 0. 05),and the clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. In addition,NIHSS and BI in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and there was a positive correlation between NIHSS and Tau protein content,and a negative correlation between BI and Tau protein content( P < 0. 05). The adverse reactions occurred in the last two groups. There was no statistical difference in the rate( P < 0. 05). Butylphthalide combined with sodium ganglioside for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can reduce the content of Tau protein,improve neurological function,have better clinical efficacy,improve the ability of daily life in patients,and have higher safety.
