餐厨垃圾处理系统中大物质+精细分选试验研究 被引量:5

Experimental Study on Large Substances and Fine Separation in Food Waste Disposal System

摘要 餐厨垃圾预处理阶段中物质分选对工艺影响较大,杂质分选越彻底,杂质越少,设备故障率越低。针对餐厨垃圾预处理系统中大物质分选+精细分选进行试验,结果表明:大物质+精细分选(10 mm)对原始餐厨垃圾处理效果较好。处理后的大物质分选料含水率低于65%,含油率低于1%。处理后的精细浆料外观较细,含油率5%以上,筛上物占比30%~50%,含有的主要成分是菜、米粒、肉类等有机食物残渣,杂质较少(3%~4%),塑料占比基本为零。 The substance separation in the food waste pretreatment stage has a great influence on the process.The more thoroughly the impurities are sorted,the less impurities are,the lower the failure rate of the equipment is.Large substances sorting and fine separation in food waste treatment system was researched.The results showed that large substances and fine separation(10 mm)had a better treatment effect on original food waste.The water content of the treated material was lower than 65%and the oil content was lower than 1%.The slurry appearance was fine in which the oil content was more than 5%,and the proportion of oversize product was 30%~50%.The main ingredients were vegetables,rice,meat and other organic food residue,which contained less impurities(3%~4%)and plastic accounts for almost nothing.
