摘要
文章通过梳理近期餐厨垃圾处理领域的专利文献,以整套的处理流程为主线,分预处理、固液分离、油水分离以及分离后所得固、液物质的处理四个步骤,介绍了各步骤常用及最新的处理装置及手段,为本领域技术人员了解该领域最新的技术应用状况提供参考。
Through investigating recent patents in the kitchen waste treating area, this thesis introduces the equipment and means of every step of treating kitchen waste, which includes pre-treatment（sorting and crushing）, solid-liquid separation, oil-water separation and the further-treatment of oil and solid. This thesis can provides reference for technologists who want to acknowledge the up to date technology applications in this area.
