氧气雾化吸入与超声雾化吸入对神经外科重症ICU患者气道湿化的效果研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探索采用氧气雾化吸入法排痰与采用超声雾化吸入法排痰对神经外科重症ICU患者气道湿化在临床上的治疗效果的对比。方法:采用回顾性方法分析2014年3月~2016年5月本院收治的102例神经外科重症ICU患者,分为观察组和对照组。观察组对患者采用氧气雾化吸入法排痰仪帮助患者吸痰,对照组对患者采用超声雾化吸入仪帮助患者吸痰。两组患者在基线资料方面没有明显差异(P>0.05),无统计学意义,具有可比性。结果:对照组总有效率72%,观察组总有效率86%,P<0.05,表示临床治疗所得数据有差异,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组。结论:相较于采用超声雾化吸入仪吸痰的方法,使用氧气雾化吸入仪吸痰对神经外科ICU老年脑出血肺部感染患者效果更佳突出。 Objective:To explore the clinical effects of sputum extraction by oxygen atomized inhalation and phlegm extraction by ultrasonic atomized inhalation on airway humidification in patients with severe ICU in neurosurgery.Methods:A retrospective study of 102 neurosurgery patients with severe ICU in the author’s hospital from March 2014 to May 2016 was roughly divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group used an oxygen atomized inhalation sputum meter to help patients with suction,while the control group used an ultrasonic atomized inhaler to help patients with sputum.There was no significant difference in baseline data between these two groups of patients(P>0.05),which was not statistically significant and comparable.Results:The total effective rate of the control group was 72%,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 86%,P<0.05,indicating that the data obtained from clinical treatment were different,and the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:Compared with the method of sputum suction with ultrasonic nebulizer inhaler,sputum suction with oxygen nebulizer is more effective in elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage and pulmonary infection in neurosurgery ICU.It is worthy of clinical promotion and reference.
